Position Overview
The Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is looking for a Research Coordinator to implement our client research and data initiatives, including the Service Insights project, our initiative to collect standardized, electronic intake and assistance data across all our programs and partners. This position involves 1) leveraging client data to generate deliverables that support programs and partners in decision-making and planning; 2) leading the Service Insights project, which includes coordinating grant activities across CTFB departments; and 3) building capacity in client data collection and data quality and reporting. The ideal candidate is a research and data-savvy professional who can uncover and share the story behind numbers with both technical and non-technical audiences to elevate client insights in the creation of strategic programs and services for those we serve.
Relationships
This position reports to the Director of Research and works closely with the other CTFB research and data staff, the programs and services teams, the Feeding America Service Insights network, and other external stakeholders -including our community partners - to grow CTFB’s capacity to collect and utilize client insights to inform strategy and initiatives.
